What you will do

• Lead design direction for key product initiatives, translating strategy into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problems and ship high-quality user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover insights.
• Evolve and advocate for design system standards to ensure consistency and accessibility across the product.
• Manage and mentor a small team of designers, driving team efficiency and output quality.
• Integrate AI tools and automation into the design workflow to improve productivity and quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in people leadership and mentoring other designers.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
• Must be based in Poland.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in daily design work.
• Strong storytelling ability to advocate for design decisions to leadership.
• Degree in HCI, design, or equivalent professional experience.
