What you will do

• Support budget development, forecasting, and financial monitoring across program activities.
• Process invoices, participant stipends, and payments to service providers.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal and DFAT policies.
• Provide procurement administration support, including documentation and supplier due diligence.
• Assist with value-for-money assessments and risk management activities.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the program team.

Requirements

• Must have established working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship or relocation support available).
• Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in financial administration, procurement support, and invoice processing.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication skills for working across diverse teams.
