Location: Remote (Global). Must have strong daily overlap across EMEA and US Eastern timezones
Salary: Up to $312,000 per year + Equity grant of $436,800 (vesting over 4 years)

What you will do
- Own capital deployment and strategic investment decisions to drive profitable growth.
- Build long-term business value and create liquidity opportunities for the team and investors.
- Act as the primary financial representative for external investors, partners, banks, and auditors.
- Hire and lead a lean, AI-leveraged international finance organization.
- Set operational standards for the finance function to ensure trust and partnership across the company.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a CFO leading finance through significant scale and creating shareholder value.
- Deep experience with international, multi-entity, and multi-currency financial management.
- Expertise in cross-border tax and compliance, including US indirect tax.
- Recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA) with deep FP&A and modeling depth.
- Strong daily overlap across EMEA and US Eastern timezones is required.
- High level of ownership and autonomy suited for a fast-moving remote environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS-enabled marketplaces, specifically forecasting transactional GBV and recurring revenue.
- Sector experience in travel, hospitality, or proptech.
- Experience evolving a finance function from founder-run to institutional-grade.
