What you will do

• Develop full-stack web applications using Vue.js, Nuxt 3, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Build and maintain server-side rendered applications with a focus on performance, caching, and browser behavior.
• Create reusable front-end components and contribute to design-system patterns.
• Develop Node.js-based APIs and middleware for integrations with headless CMS and third-party platforms.
• Contribute to AI-enabled marketing workflows, including automation and content personalization tools.
• Support production-quality delivery through testing, debugging, and security improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL and able to work onsite 4 days per week.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Vue, Nuxt, React, or Next.js.
• Solid understanding of browser fundamentals, rendering, and performance optimization.
• Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs and Node.js services.
• Familiarity with deploying and monitoring applications in AWS or similar cloud environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with headless Content Management Systems like Contentstack.
• Experience developing for digital marketing teams, including personalization and analytics workflows.
