What you will do

• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems aligning with business requirements.
• Maintain and optimize software subsystems, data integrations, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical dependencies and deliver high-quality products.
• Guide best practices for design, development, testing, and Agile workflows while mentoring team members.
• Champion AI-driven engineering practices, including the adoption of AI coding assistants and intelligent automation.
• Analyze system-wide impacts and interdependencies to recommend impactful, strategic solutions.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (No visa sponsorship or OPT).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience designing and implementing solutions using Java and Spring/Hibernate.
• Proficiency in AWS technologies (EC2, SNS, SQS, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies including Angular and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and event-driven architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Healthcare industry or Invoicing domain.
• Exposure to AI/ML or AI-assisted software development tools.
• Experience with Rules Engines.
