What you will do

• Develop and maintain complex software systems for data-intensive analytics and computer vision.
• Translate user requirements into detailed software design and performance specifications.
• Design, code, test, and deploy new software features and system enhancements.
• Integrate software components into existing system architectures and operating environments.
• Debug and resolve production issues while managing database queries and data interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system engineers and analysts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer on programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies including TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue.js, and React.
• Experience with video playback and streaming technologies like HTML5 video and HLS.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and software documentation skills.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Emerson III facility as required by mission needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with DASH streaming protocols.
