What you will do

• Coordinate the implementation of position management processes, governance, and compliance.
• Maintain and track workforce plans, including FTE reporting and personnel cost forecasting.
• Conduct regional performance analysis and support bi-annual talent review cycles.
• Analyze organizational efficiency metrics such as span and layers, attrition, and cost per FTE.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines across various HR workstreams.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, HR project management, or PMO roles.
• English proficiency is a must for coordinating across APAC countries.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Experience supporting workforce planning, headcount management, or organizational design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment across multiple markets.
