What you will do

• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing full-stack engineering team.
• Own end-to-end delivery for loyalty services, ensuring robust system design and data modeling.
• Partner with product and architecture teams to define and execute the loyalty technology roadmap.
• Establish engineering best practices including CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence.
• Drive data-informed decision-making using metrics and experimentation.
• Integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions into production services to improve loyalty outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience and 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proven background in software engineering with strong capabilities in system design and API design.
• Experience delivering services and platforms in a complex, distributed, or microservices-based ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to manage delivery for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Hands-on experience establishing engineering standards for code quality, testing, and reliability.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products.
