Salary: $208,260 - $234,000 USD

What you will do
- Own and evolve developer feedback loops, including CI/CD pipelines, testing health, and dependency management.
- Lead the strategy for AI-partnered development, integrating autonomous agents into engineering workflows.
- Define and track developer-productivity and ROI metrics to demonstrate team impact to leadership.
- Drive cross-organizational change, guiding teams through major workflow and AI-driven transitions.
- Support and grow the engineering team through mentorship, career development, and regular feedback.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Sustained, multi-year experience leading an engineering enablement or developer-experience team.
- Fluency in CI/CD and a track record of defining developer-productivity metrics.
- Deep experience with AI tooling and the ability to articulate a clear AI philosophy.
- Familiarity with observability and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience running internal platforms or tooling as a product for internal customers.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

- Hands-on experience contributing to and reviewing code.
- Experience building personal AI-driven projects and tools.
