Location: Must be based onsite in East Peoria, IL, USA (Relocation assistance available).

Salary: $97,530 – $146,290

What you will do

• Program and troubleshoot PLC/HMI software according to project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and validate software on benches and machines.
• Write structured, well-documented technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation and control topics.
• Plan and manage project deliverables to meet strict timelines.
• Guide and mentor other programmers within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in East Peoria, IL.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, and robotics.
• Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in project management and quality management methodologies.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of PLC/HMI software development experience.
• Expertise in Siemens Step 7, WinCC, Allen Bradley, or Factory Talk.
• Experience with Matlab Simulink, C, or C++.
• Background in off-highway machinery, mining, or hydraulic systems.
