Location: Remote (Must have residency in one of the following US states: California, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington)
Salary: $110,000 – $125,000

What you will do
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for marketing campaign performance across multiple channels.
- Build marketing attribution frameworks and analyze conversion funnels to optimize acquisition and audience growth.
- Support conference registration reporting and provide insights to improve attendee experience and sponsorship analytics.
- Analyze membership metrics including subscriber acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Design and maintain executive dashboards in Tableau to translate complex findings into strategic recommendations.
- Write complex SQL queries and collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve data quality and accessibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Proficiency in building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Strong understanding of attribution, cohort analysis, and customer lifecycle analytics.
- Must have residency in one of the specified US states.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and digital marketing measurement concepts.
- Experience with dbt and modern data stack technologies.
- Exposure to Python or other analytical programming languages.
- Experience supporting SaaS, event-based, or membership-based organizations.
- Experience designing and measuring A/B tests and marketing experiments.
