What you will do

• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Perform variance analysis, scenario modeling, and forecasting to support strategic planning.
• Query and analyze large datasets using SQL and transform data using Excel or Python/R.
• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across all financial reporting.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams to translate data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and available during U.S. business hours.
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Data Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets including pivot tables and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries, joins, and data extraction.
• Proven experience with financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Technical proficiency in at least one BI tool: Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Industry experience in SaaS, Finance, or Healthcare.
• Experience building executive-level dashboards.
