Product Data Analyst

hirify.global provides a no-code business app builder for creating custom admin panels, CRM tools, and other operational applications.

What you will do

• Analyze user behavior and feature usage to identify trends, bottlenecks, and product opportunities.
• Develop and track product KPIs, including MAU, DAU, churn rate, and feature engagement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to evaluate and prioritize feature development.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and use predictive analytics to forecast user trends and risks.
• Segment users by behavior, demographics, and business value to support product, marketing, and sales decisions.
• Build dashboards, support data integrations, and maintain data integrity across analytics platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product data analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Amplitude and familiarity with Segment for customer data management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Python or R proficiency for advanced data analysis.
• Knowledge of regression analysis, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, SaaS metrics, and A/B testing.
• Understanding of agile product development processes.
