What you will do

• Analyze user behavior and feature usage to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and track KPIs such as MAU, DAU, and churn rate to deliver performance reports.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to evaluate feature development.
• Conduct A/B testing to measure the impact of new features and design changes.
• Manage customer data pipelines using Segment and query large datasets in PostgreSQL.
• Build and maintain dashboards in tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product data analytics, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL.
• Experience using product analytics platforms such as Amplitude.
• Familiarity with Segment for managing customer data pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Knowledge of statistical methods including regression and hypothesis testing.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics like LTV, CAC, and ARR.
• Experience in A/B testing design and agile product development.
