Data Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manipulate, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decisions and produce actionable insights.
• Collaborate with multi-product teams to understand business requirements and deliver timely data solutions.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using data visualization tools for business monitoring.
• Communicate complex data concepts and key findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Improve data practices to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Use DBT for data transformation and GIT for version control and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or another quantitative field.
• 3–6 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to practical business problems.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis or visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Metabase.
• Familiarity with DBT and GIT as collaboration tools.
