What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including intake, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure.
  • Recruit across diverse roles including technical (Full-Stack, Frontend, Backend, QA), creative (UI/UX, Product, Design), and generalist positions.
  • Conduct targeted sourcing for niche or time-sensitive roles using automation and systems.
  • Partner with hiring stakeholders to define success profiles and provide proactive updates.
  • Conduct structured recruiter screens to assess competence, communication, and culture fit.
  • Own role-level KPIs and maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical and creative roles.
  • Experience recruiting for US-based clients.
  • Agency or high-performance recruiting background.
  • Strong proficiency in ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace.
  • KPI-driven mindset with the ability to close roles efficiently.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring for US-based startup clients.
  • Proficiency in recruitment automation tools and analytics platforms.
