What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators, fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Customer Success, delivering against high-volume, wave-based hiring targets.
  • Drive corporate recruiting for the Managua site by partnering with functional hiring managers.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health) to optimize team performance.
  • Train hiring managers on interviewing best practices and champion a strong recruiting culture.
  • Advise the People Team on workforce planning, compensation strategies, and employer branding using market intelligence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with exposure to both high-volume and corporate hiring.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring a recruiting team.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align expectations across levels.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Must be based in Managua, Nicaragua.
