What you will do

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
• Utilize advanced sourcing methods including social media, networking, and Boolean search to identify niche talent.
• Implement creative candidate attraction strategies such as email campaigns and recruitment marketing.
• Conduct market research to provide insights on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sourcing activities within the ATS.

Requirements

• Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
• Proficiency in English required.
• 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Previous experience sourcing hard-to-fill positions within the US market.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training and hirify.global TalentCloud ACE certification.
