What you will do

• Design and develop technical solutions based on client requirements and NetSuite best practices.
• Analyze client data, conduct interviews, and prepare detailed reports as a subject matter expert.
• Manage project work plans to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Communicate project status and functional deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and train Consultant I staff to support team development.
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to innovative market solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of professional services experience or 3+ years of private industry experience in a relevant technical area.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Nice to have

• Experience with grant management, revenue recognition, multi-book, and NetSuite planning & budgeting.
• Background in non-profit or healthcare industries.
• Progress toward relevant advanced professional certifications.
