What you will do
- Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Partner Incentives and Sales Performance Management platform.
- Own end-to-end delivery of scalable and reusable platform capabilities across multiple teams and partner types.
- Develop AI-enabled capabilities for incentive compensation management, quota planning, and performance analytics.
- Build and evolve payout processing and earnings transparency systems to ensure accurate and compliant disbursements.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and legal teams to shape technical approaches and ensure SOX compliance.
- Utilize data to measure platform outcomes and continuously iterate on scalability and durability.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of product management experience delivering platform or ecosystem products at scale.
- Deep experience with Sales Performance Management (SPM) platforms (e.g., SAP Incentive Management, Varicent, Xactly).
- Experience working with finance and accounting functions, including familiarity with SOX compliance and financial controls.
- Technical fluency in APIs, distributed systems, and data platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-year product strategies and AI/ML-driven products in financial operations.
- Undergraduate degree required; focus in computer science or engineering preferred.
