TL;DR

PPC Specialist (Marketing): Managing and optimizing paid media performance across multiple markets for a home services organization with an accent on Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and landing page conversion. Location: Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, or Jamaica. Working hours: U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize large-scale Google Ads MCC structures across multiple service areas.
  • Oversee Local Services Ads (LSA) performance, lead quality, and budget pacing.
  • Execute landing page optimization and A/B testing using Unbounce to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, and ROAS to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to adjust bidding strategies and budget allocations.
  • Manage paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to support lead generation goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with direct performance ownership.
  • Proven experience managing multi-location or multi-market advertising accounts.
  • Experience managing large advertising budgets ($200K+ monthly spend preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Local Services Ads (LSA) and conversion-focused landing page tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work during U.S. Business Hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience running Meta Ads for lead generation.
  • Background in home service industries like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.
  • Familiarity with call-tracking platforms like CallRail and CRM systems like ServiceTitan.
  • Basic HTML and CSS skills for landing page updates.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation.
