What you will do
- Define and execute the GTM strategy for core product launches and marketing campaigns across 10+ channels.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Marketing Managers to champion customer needs and USPs.
- Design and implement pricing and product packaging strategies for DaaS offerings.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and data science teams to optimize performance and influence product roadmaps.
- Drive qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to uncover customer pain points and market trends.
- Integrate AI and automation technologies into team operations to enhance efficiency and impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of leadership experience in product marketing and business strategy within SaaS environments.
- Proven success in setting strategy for Product and Marketing-led growth (PMLG) at scale.
- Extensive experience in product pricing, packaging, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong background in B2B and B2C SaaS business models.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making.
