What you will do

• Architect and implement a unified data infrastructure across Product Development (PD) and Product Excellence (PE) to eliminate silos.
• Define and execute the AI transformation roadmap across the full product lifecycle, from category strategy to launch.
• Replace manual, PowerPoint-based program management with AI-powered tooling for real-time visibility and automated accountability.
• Transform consumer insights and product integrity workflows using AI to predict ratings and analyze voice-of-consumer data at scale.
• Build and lead a team of AI Fellows embedded within PD and PE teams to drive hands-on AI adoption.
• Establish success metrics and report measurable outcomes of AI initiatives to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, product development leadership, or technology transformation.
• Strong technical fluency in AI/ML and data infrastructure, including ability to assess platforms and data pipelines.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale change management initiatives, preferably in consumer products or R&D.
• Deep understanding of hardware product development lifecycles, including stage-gate processes and EV/PV builds.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site at the Boston HQ or New York office full-time.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including to China manufacturing sites.

• Experience at an AI-native company where AI was core to the development process.
• Experience productionalizing AI prototypes into enterprise-grade tools with robust back-end infrastructure.
• Familiarity with quality engineering concepts such as FMEAs, DVF, and reliability testing.
