What you will do
- Collaborate with the first line of defense to identify, assess, and document operational risks.
- Coach business teams on designing and implementing robust risk controls.
- Develop and implement operational risk policies, procedures, and key risk indicators.
- Create techniques for risk quantification, stress testing, and impact tolerance assessment.
- Manage the risk incident process, including recording events and overseeing incident reports.
- Monitor risk breaches and ensure timely resolution with risk owners.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- 5+ years of experience in operational risk management within banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of core operational risk concepts
- Proven ability to interpret and organize complex information
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
