What you will do

• Collaborate with the first line of defense to identify, assess, and document operational risks.
• Coach business teams on designing and implementing robust risk controls.
• Develop and implement operational risk policies, procedures, and key risk indicators.
• Create techniques for risk quantification, stress testing, and impact tolerance assessment.
• Manage the risk incident process, including recording events and overseeing incident reports.
• Monitor risk breaches and ensure timely resolution with risk owners.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• 5+ years of experience in operational risk management within banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of core operational risk concepts
• Proven ability to interpret and organize complex information
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
