What you will do

• Develop and maintain risk-based audit plans for US-focused operations.
• Execute end-to-end internal audits aligned with global methodology.
• Utilize data analytics to test controls and provide actionable business insights.
• Present audit findings and results to the Board and senior management.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including the CEO, CRO, and CCO.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and validate management actions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in audit within a regulated financial services environment.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven experience leading teams and overseeing internal audit execution.
• Expertise in risk assessment, audit planning, and regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency in data interpretation using SQL, SAS, Python, or R.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for board-level interaction.

• Experience auditing agile organizations.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation.
