What you will do

  • Manage professional inbound calls from customers, clients, and business partners.
  • Resolve inquiries regarding products, online orders, deliveries, and marketing campaigns.
  • Process order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Direct marketing and PR service inquiries to the relevant internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing, PR, and Operations teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or e-commerce support.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, order management platforms, and office software.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various schedules when required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and public relations.
