Salary: $65,000 + 10% annual bonus

What you will do
- Own complex Tier 1 support tickets, assisting customers via various channels.
- Communicate technical information effectively to customers with varying technical skills.
- Contribute to internal resources and process improvements.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of customer-facing Enterprise Support experience in a SaaS environment.
- Experience supporting a complex technical platform.
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to manage Enterprise Support tickets with a solutions-oriented approach.
