What you will do

  • Own complex Tier 1 support tickets, assisting customers via various channels.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to customers with varying technical skills.
  • Contribute to internal resources and process improvements.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of customer-facing Enterprise Support experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience supporting a complex technical platform.
  • Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to manage Enterprise Support tickets with a solutions-oriented approach.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the self-care, data, or medical industries.
