- Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to support 24/7 operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Bachelor's degree required (provisional certificate must be provided).
- 18+ months of customer service experience.
- English proficiency: C1+ level.
- Strong analytical, numeracy, and IT skills.
- Ability to explain complex issues clearly and empathetically.
Nice to have
- Fluency in additional languages.
- Previous experience in telecom or retail customer service.
