What you will do

• Deliver high-quality audits for the P&C business, managing planning, scoping, and risk assessment.
• Develop audit approaches by integrating data analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI.
• Draft impactful reporting and issue summaries to influence stakeholders in France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Nordic countries.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with various business stakeholders throughout the audit process.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity in compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or professional qualification (CPA, CIA, CISA, MBA or equivalent).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance.
• Experience within complex, international organizations, preferably in the Insurance or Financial Services industry.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Strong understanding of audit methodology and internal control frameworks.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of P&C insurance, either retail or global corporate.
• Experience with data analytics, ITGC, and GenAI.
• French language proficiency.
