What you will do
- Own the paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta from planning to optimization.
- Build a predictable inbound pipeline that delivers qualified opportunities to the Sales team.
- Develop SEO, AEO, and AI search strategies to capture high-intent traffic.
- Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion funnels to maximize ROI.
- Lead creative direction in partnership with content and design teams.
- Establish clear attribution and reporting to tie marketing spend to business outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with direct budget ownership.
- Proven track record of generating qualified B2B pipeline and commercial results.
- Strong experience in SEO, keyword strategy, and AI-driven search discovery.
- Hands-on experience with landing page optimization and conversion funnels.
- Experience marketing to Australian or US markets.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B services, recruitment, or professional services.
- Exposure to CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Working knowledge of analytics platforms or SQL.
