What you will do
- Own the overall performance of the ecommerce store, focusing on acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Optimize the Shopify storefront, improving product pages, collection pages, and checkout flows to increase CRO.
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts, developing campaign structures and optimizing ROAS and CPA.
- Oversee retention marketing via Klaviyo, managing customer segmentation, automated flows, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements to organic search visibility and site architecture.
- Analyze customer behavior using GA4, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity to deliver actionable growth insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience driving growth for ecommerce or DTC brands.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Proven success in Shopify storefront optimization and implementing conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
- Experience with Klaviyo, lifecycle marketing, and automated retention strategies.
- Solid technical SEO knowledge and proficiency with GA4 analytics.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience editing Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and A/B testing frameworks.
- Strong ecommerce UX knowledge and experience with DTC consumer brands.
- Understanding of AI search optimization and LLM-driven discovery.
