Salary: $163,040 – $203,800 (Tier 2 range)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution of the Large Form Factor MDC product line, ensuring alignment with broader platform objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end product development, including system architecture, thermal systems, and design for manufacturability.
• Manage manufacturing operations, capacity scaling, and throughput optimization in partnership with OEMs and supply chain partners.
• Translate customer demand into executable production, staffing, and capital plans.
• Implement quality management systems and continuous improvement programs to ensure delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Engineering to execute complex customer deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, engineering, or product execution roles, preferably in infrastructure or data centers.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience scaling hardware or systems products from early growth to high-volume production.
• Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and cost management.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams spanning engineering, operations, and commercial functions.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with modular data centers, power and cooling systems, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Familiarity with capital-intensive manufacturing and global supply chains.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers or vertically integrated production models.
