What you will do

• Develop production-grade platform firmware for complex hardware systems.
• Perform board bring-up, manage boot sequences, and handle platform initialization.
• Implement and optimize RTOS for high-performance compute platforms.
• Design and implement device communication and low-level system integration.
• Debug complex issues across both firmware and hardware environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of embedded firmware development experience with a focus on C++.
• Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17+).
• Proven experience with RTOS implementation and building production-grade firmware.
• Hands-on experience with MCUs, SoCs, accelerators, or silicon-adjacent systems.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with PCIe, UCIe, or other high-speed interconnects.
• Background in silicon bring-up or multi-chip accelerator platforms.
• Expertise in performance optimization and host-device transfer.
• Knowledge of modern C++ design practices (RAII, ownership semantics, concurrency).
