What you will do

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices.
• Build functionality using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Support delivery across ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
• Develop integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• 3–5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of core platform components and data models.
• Solid JavaScript skills.
• Experience supporting integrations and data imports.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
