TL;DR

Sr. Manager, Digital & AI Success (Product Management): Architecting the Digital & AI Success experience across the post-sales customer lifecycle with an accent on AI integration and strategic alignment between Customer Success and IT. Focus on identifying high-impact AI opportunities, translating business goals into functional requirements, and orchestrating IT delivery to drive customer value.

Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid in various US offices. Must be based in the United States.

Salary: $215,900 – $338,800

What you will do

  • Identify and prioritize AI, Generative AI, and automation opportunities to solve customer friction points.
  • Define expected ROI and customer impact for every proposed AI initiative.
  • Translate high-level business goals into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and User Stories.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and IT architects to ensure a seamless digital customer journey.
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer within IT sprint cycles and lead engineering refinement sessions.
  • Manage the digital backlog and establish KPIs to measure the value realization of AI initiatives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Strategy.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of LLMs, Machine Learning, and Data Workflows.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Technical proficiency in OpenAI, Cloud CX solutions, and Omni-Channel Strategy.
  • Experience with Customer & Journey Analytics.
  • Must be based in the US.
