What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of complex federal IT programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers and contracting officers.
• Manage integrated project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all contract deliverables meet technical, financial, and schedule requirements.
• Mentor project managers and technical teams to achieve program objectives.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of management experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing projects of similar size and scope for the Federal Government.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must reside and work from AZ, FL, KS, VA, KY, MO, TN, TX, or GA.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of federal contracting, billing processes, and cost control.
