Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Government and manage contractor resource commitments.
• Lead transition-in and transition-out activities, including knowledge transfer and personnel onboarding.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) covering all contract activities.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide executive-level status reports, dashboards, and briefings to NIH leadership.
• Oversee compliance with HHS, NIH, FISMA, and NIST federal cybersecurity requirements.

Requirements

• Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing large federal IT/cybersecurity programs, preferably supporting HHS/NIH.
• Active PMP Certification.
• Expert knowledge of FISMA, NIST RMF, and HHS cybersecurity policy.
• Proven experience in federal contract management and executive communications.
