Focus on interpreting customer specifications, defining product requirements, coordinating cross-functional development, and forecasting business performance through KPIs.
Location: Highland Heights, Kentucky, United States. Ability to travel 25% in the United States and Canada. U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.

What you will do
- Manage North American business activities for Wireless, Central Office Power, and Rolling Stock products.
- Lead relationships with key accounts, end users, distributors, engineers, external agents, and strategic partners.
- Define and maintain pricing strategies based on product costs, capacity, and market dynamics.
- Lead product development activities with R&D and coordinate production levels with manufacturing sites.
- Interpret customer specifications and drive product specification processes with engineering firms and contractors.
- Represent product capabilities at regional and national trade shows and report KPIs for forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in product management, sales, customer service, or account management.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, prioritization, and commercial skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and other teams.
- U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent residency.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time in the United States and Canada.
Nice to have
- Background in the wire and cable industry or broader manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and presenting data to leadership and customers.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
