What you will do

• Manage all business activities for Wireless, Central Office Power, and Rolling Stock markets across North America.
• Lead product development activities in collaboration with R&D and engineering teams.
• Define and maintain pricing strategies based on cost structures and market dynamics.
• Interface with internal departments including Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance to meet customer needs.
• Interpret customer specifications and drive the product specification process with engineering firms and contractors.
• Represent the company at regional and national industry conferences and trade shows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time within the US and Canada.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in product management, sales, customer service, or account management.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently in a team environment.
