Location: Must be based in Peru, Ecuador, Chile, or Uruguay. Working hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST.

Compensation: $1,800–$4,000 USD/month.

What you will do

• Own month-end close processes across multiple client accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting workpapers.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger activities.
• Process payroll and manage U.S. state sales tax filings.
• Build custom financial reports and dashboards for business owners.
• Standardize accounting workflows and identify process inefficiencies.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience managing accounting for multiple U.S.-based clients simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience in service-based industries (construction, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop/Enterprise.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, complex formulas).
