Business Technology Solutions Consultant - Intern (North America - University Students)

Location: Princeton, New Jersey, United States; hybrid work with work-from-home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Travel to global offices and client locations is required as needed.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technology consulting projects using cloud technologies to solve complex business problems.
• Provide technology expertise and deliver scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized solutions.
• Manage delivery methodology, timelines, budgets, client satisfaction, and project risks.
• Develop business cases with clients and support innovation, thought leadership, and team initiatives.
• Coach and mentor project team members while facilitating internal and client interactions.
• Collaborate with global hirify.global experts and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

• Be in the first year of a master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, MBA, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
• Have 5+ years of consulting experience leading large-scale technology implementations.
• Demonstrate strong communication, supervision, coaching, and hands-on project management skills.
• Have extensive experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Have deep knowledge of enterprise data management, advanced analytics, process automation, and application development.
• Have experience delivering projects with agile methodologies and troubleshooting interactions between databases, operating systems, and applications.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Experience managing virtual global teams and multiple projects.
