Salary: $128,470 – $208,770

What you will do

• Design and lead functional testing strategies across UI, API, and integration layers using Playwright.
• Execute performance testing including load, stress, and scalability tests using k6, JMeter, and Artillery.
• Define and enforce non-functional requirements and performance service level objectives.
• Collaborate with development and SRE teams to improve application design, testability, and performance.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable performance gating and regression validation.
• Mentor engineers and drive the adoption of shift-left testing practices across the SDLC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in software quality engineering or performance engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, k6, JMeter, or Artillery.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and application architecture.
• Experience working in Agile and modern software delivery environments.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale eCommerce platforms.
• Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Datadog, or OpenSearch.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS) and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with HCL Commerce or headless architecture.
