What you will do
- Define and execute daily test strategies and scenarios across enterprise applications including Salesforce, Zuora, Marketo, and NetSuite.
- Implement and optimize automation frameworks to improve scalability, maintainability, and effectiveness.
- Perform comprehensive testing including E2E, functional, regression, and data testing to ensure system reliability.
- Design automation solutions that integrate seamlessly into modern CI/CD delivery pipelines.
- Troubleshoot test failures and quality issues across services, APIs, and application modules.
- Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to advise on design, coding, and testing best practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of QA experience with cloud-based CRM/ERP technologies, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Experience with REST APIs and Postman.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, or other Salesforce developer technologies.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled solutions for test automation and process optimization.
