What you will do

• Define and execute daily test strategies and scenarios across enterprise applications including Salesforce, Zuora, Marketo, and NetSuite.
• Implement and optimize automation frameworks to improve scalability, maintainability, and effectiveness.
• Perform comprehensive testing including E2E, functional, regression, and data testing to ensure system reliability.
• Design automation solutions that integrate seamlessly into modern CI/CD delivery pipelines.
• Troubleshoot test failures and quality issues across services, APIs, and application modules.
• Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to advise on design, coding, and testing best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of QA experience with cloud-based CRM/ERP technologies, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Experience with REST APIs and Postman.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Apex, SOQL, or other Salesforce developer technologies.
