What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop QA engineers in a player-coach capacity, balancing leadership with hands-on testing and automation.
• Own test strategy planning and execution across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for multiple projects and product teams.
• Drive adoption and enhancement of test automation frameworks and reusable test assets (UI, API, performance) and ensure strong test documentation and traceability.
• Define and enforce QA standards, processes, and governance; manage defect management and lead root-cause analysis for recurring quality issues.
• Partner with IT delivery teams and business stakeholders to align test coverage with requirements and validate complex integrations, data flows, and system behavior across environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD testing practices, participate in sprint ceremonies and release planning, and report testing status, risks, and quality metrics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional QA engineering experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Proven experience as an IT QA Lead (or similar) delivering end-to-end quality assurance for business systems.
• Hands-on experience with QA automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, and Postman.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms for testing and automation pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub).
• Strong knowledge of API testing, data validation, integration testing, and performance testing concepts.
• Experience designing and executing test plans/cases/scripts and automation scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#), plus familiarity with enterprise environments and integrations (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite).
