What you will do

• Lead AI adoption for non-engineering teams end to end, embedding deeply and building trust.
• Prototype and build AI solutions, partnering with engineers for deeper work.
• Develop and roll out AI trainings to ensure effective and safe AI use.
• Partner with teams to evaluate tools, balancing cost, security, and risk.
• Shape company-wide AI usage guidelines and cost management.
• Multiply the creative capabilities of all teams through AI enablement.

Requirements

• Must work on-site 5 days a week in Boston or New York City.
• Eligibility to work in the US is required.
• 8+ years experience working closely with business and non-engineering functions at senior level.
• Hands-on ability to prototype and build with modern AI tools.
• Excellent communication and trust-building skills across diverse audiences.
• Experience in AI enablement, AI ops, or internal tools functions.

Nice to have

• Experience creating trainings, enablement programs, or domain knowledge bases.
• Background spanning both operational and engineering or data work.
