What you will do

• Design and deploy scalable, production-ready AI and data analytics solutions.
• Implement emerging AI techniques including Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI systems.
• Research and define future-ready data and AI architectures and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders on complex AI and data-related issues.
• Mentor data analysts and strengthen AI/analytics capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI and advanced analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Full-stack development skills including Vue, JavaScript, CSS, Node.js, MongoDB, and Postgres.
• Experience with machine learning, NLP, deep learning, and recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures, agent orchestration, and LLM integration.
