What you will do

• Own the strategic technical account roadmap and engagement strategy for large enterprise opportunities.
• Architect and lead integration strategies across customer accounts to drive horizontal expansion.
• Lead deep technical engagements and build trusted relationships with senior technical stakeholders.
• Craft and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and PoCs/PoTs showcasing hirify.global’s advantage versus legacy NoSQL and ML/AI stacks.
• Build functional real-world demos using hirify.global’s database and AI capabilities.
• Evangelize hirify.global’s AI suite via industry events/webinars and contribute technical feedback and whitepapers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• 10+ years of experience in technical sales or consulting for enterprise AI, databases, big data systems, analytics, or machine learning.
• Proven expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
• Deep experience with vector/NoSQL databases, LLM integration, and RAG architectures.
• Fluency in Python and SQL; experience with distributed database systems.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and ability to map business requirements to robust technical solutions.
