What you will do

• Develop, update, and manage detailed BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure model alignment.
• Perform clash detection analysis and support the resolution of coordination issues.
• Maintain BIM standards, workflows, and documentation for project deliverables.
• Support project teams in extracting model-based quantities and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support digital design and construction integration.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3–6+ years of experience in BIM, digital design, or VDC within the AEC industry.
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with Navisworks or AutoCAD is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and building systems integration.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings for 3D modeling.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
