Salary: $112,500 - $137,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage high-level client relationships and serve as primary liaison for assigned strategic clients.
• Maintain executive-level communication and represent both client and company interests.
• Lead sales efforts for contract renewals and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure project completion within budget and contract requirements.
• Lead and develop personnel supporting client relationship management.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA and able to work remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of relationship management experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dark Matter products and services.
• Mortgage industry experience.
• Proven track record in technology product sales.
