Salary: $123,750 - $175,000

What you will do

• Develop and deploy production-quality code for core freight movement operations.
• Build and maintain scalable distributed systems, including messaging services and data platforms.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to architectural best practices.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure service reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate platform tools and automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship available for H-1B, TN, and STEM OPT).
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language such as Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality production software.
• Familiarity with observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an agile, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
• Prior experience delivering reliable distributed systems in production.
