What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and measure user-centric features.
• Build engaging AI-powered experiences, including conversational interfaces for high-traffic pages.
• Utilize AI coding assistants and multi-agent workflows to improve development velocity and code quality.
• Ship clean, accessible, and intuitive experiences grounded in data and A/B testing.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from technical design to deployment and monitoring.
• Iterate on features based on analytics and performance metrics to ensure high-impact results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Java development environment.
• Experience implementing consumer-facing AI features.
• Proficiency with APIs and REST services.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to participate in in-person interviews and work in a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
• Experience working within the AWS ecosystem.
