Salary: $122,430 – $224,500 USD

What you will do

• Define and drive the technical architecture for software platforms supporting engineering and manufacturing operations.
• Architect and develop complex full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Robotics, Manufacturing Engineering, and Product.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to raise the technical bar across the organization.
• Lead major technical initiatives from concept through production deployment.

Requirements

• Must be able to lawfully access information and technology subject to U.S. export controls.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
• Demonstrated success leading technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong experience designing highly scalable and reliable software platforms.

Nice to have

• Background in advanced manufacturing, industrial automation, robotics, or aerospace.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with data-intensive applications and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI applied to manufacturing workflows.
